Book Review: CrushIt! by Gary Vaynerchuk (Read via Physical Book)

Normally I would just grab this book off Amazon, however I was in an instant gratification mood which was way beyond the scope of my Amazon prime membership. So I ended up heading up to Borders Mount Kisco to get the book. What is interesting about the experience is how I met Chris Dessi. After meeting him at Borders, I didn’t even know his name, and ended up twittering Gary about the experience, which then connected us. Chris has a good Write-Up on it on his website here. What a small world.

That little story actually complimented the book very well, because that was what Gary wrote about. Connecting with this next generation of communication and branding.

I have to say, this book is short but jammed packed. I could definitely hear Gary’s fired up and passionate voice while reading this book. To my surprise on how much he nailed the template of creating a personal brand. He balanced mixing some old known techniques with todays modern internet culture.

There is one page in the book one has 1 word on it which is just awesome!
