All the things I had to take out before bringing my mac pro to the fruit company for repair. It has a bad USB Port and bad SATA port.
FYI I am a certified Apple Repair Technician and do exercise ESD safe procedures (just can’t do warranty repairs as I currently don’t work for the fruit company nor a AASP).
Left->Right
OWC Raid Mercury Elite Pro Qx2 (technically was on top) 6TBxRaid 5 for backup of internal raid set.
2 WD 10k in a Pro Caddy 
4 1.5 TB Hard drives (have to replace - evil seagate firmware issue)
eSata pci adapter (from ports 5&6 on MLB to my PCI slot to drive the OWC and External)
SAS to 4xSATA fan-out cable - connects the MLB to the 2 10K drives (with 2 spare cables)
MaxConnect SAS Extension Link - Connects the internal 4 main drive bays to the Raid card for 6TBxRaid 5
High Point 2680 Raid card
2nd 8800GT Video Card
Newegg house brand Rosewell external Esata - drives my 1.5TB primary backup.
