Cisco 3550 Not 802.3AF POE Compliant - WORKAROUND! →
We ran into an issue with non-Cisco phones running POE 3550 switch. The debate was emense and everyone was fired up.
Me, being the token minion for the day (Wiring, testing Windows 7 and Astaro security gateway sw), googles a solution for the WIN!
I come to discover that the switch was not compliant. On a hunch for some more data, I looked to see if anyone could get these things to work on this...

A good set of scripts (to change plist files yet again!) to change some things with the new version of Quicktime
